Still missing product over 6 weeks

I need my order or a complete refund. I spent $418 because I had bought from you before and you then stole my money with no product. I am so very disappointed and will do everything I can to not have anyone else purchase from you in the future until this is rectified.

Resolved: The order was placed in plenty of time to receive in 7 weeks and it was not a special order

They never apologized. Too bad. My Grandchildren loved the backdrops and everything was there that I ordered.

ordered 187.00 worth of merchandise, there were no special orders made, just what they had on hand. I received confirmation (email) after three weeks, and four and five and so on. i emailed them saying I had the confirmation but have not gotten an email or text with the order being started or shipped. I emailed and texted them for weeks. The day came and went and nothing, I went to pissed consumer after googling backdrop outlet several times and finally found you. Then I emailed them one last time. I explained I was going out to California, about an hour away from them, and would just pick up my order. Within 24 hours, I got a text and email saying my order was on its way. I did receive while in California. Everything is there. This is not my first time using this company. For the most part, they are great. This was just awful, and please make sure you have time if you order from them. this was my only problem with them. Thank you

User's recommendation: Be thoughtful on time and make sure you know what you are buying before you purchase, especially if it is a custom work.

Overall satisfaction is truly bad and out of this world

I placed an order they provided a download that does not work - I have made contact via email with no response. They have disconnected their phone lines both on site and their toll-free number with no other contact available than email in which they do not response to... I used to have a good relationship with them while I was in California - but when I moved to Texas they stopped fulfilling their service - they take your money BUT DO NOT FILL THE ORDER...

User's recommendation: Be very wiery of a Company that feels the needs to Disconnect and do not fulfill the responsibilities.

Full refund

I ordered a drape for my daughters graduation pictures in July 2021. When I made the order I called to find out if the order would be received in time for her pictures. I was informed that it would not so I canceled my order. Backdrop still sent that my order after the fact weeks later. I made 7 emails for my refund and sent a receipt from the PO showing the tracking Info merchandise. I was told if it was returned I would get a full refund. To date I have not received anything.

Refund on order

I ordered #456758 a drape for my daughters July 2021 graduation pictures. When I realized that the order would not be able to be for filled and sent out in time I called to cancel the order. Backdrop went and completed the order weeks later anyway knowing it will not be on time for pictures. I have called numerous times and sent emails (7/18,8/12,29,30,9/13,2110/2) in regards to this issue. I also sent them the tracking number of the merchandise being returned. I was told that if the merchandise was returned I would receive a full refund to my original payment. To date I have not received anything. I am shock on now Backdrop do business and would not recommend this site to anyone. I have no use for anything other products on your site. Please refund me my money.

Yes there is still an issue. I have been communicating with back drop via email for several months. I ordered a drape for my daughters graduation picture which was not able to be sent out on time. I email backdrop the very next way before the oder was sent out and requested that the order be canceled. It was never cancelled and In turn the company wants to give me a credit. After more emails they said if they received the merchandise back the would issue me a full return. I sent the tracking number of the merchandise sent back and to date I have not received my full refund to it original form of payment. I am not I understanding why the company has not been able to resolve this issue after several months later. Pissed customer Michelle Harrison 347-723-****
